On 14th March 2023, a group of 26 students from Chopra Kamala Paul Smriti Mahavidyalaya visited the University Library, NBU.
On 14th March 2023, a group of 26 students from Chopra Kamala Paul Smriti Mahavidyalaya visited the University Library, NBU. The visit was a part of the study tour organized by Chopra Kamala Paul Smriti Mahavidyalaya for their students. The students were accompanied by Gobardhan Adhikary, IQAC Co-Ordinator, who requested the librarian, NBU, to grant permission for the visit. The librarian and the Assistant librarian, NBU, delivered a succinct overview of the library's services and ICT resources available at the library. They explained the library's collection, organization, and the various sections of the library, including reference, binding, open stacks, and circulation system. The students were shown around the entire library, and they were encouraged to ask questions and seek clarifications. The students showed keen interest in the various resources available at the library and asked a plethora of questions. The library staff responded to their queries satisfactorily and explained the different services provided by the library. After the visit, the students expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to visit the library. They found the visit informative and helpful, and it gave them a better understanding of the library's services and resources. They appreciated the library staff's patience and willingness to answer their questions.
